Factory Standards and Quality Assurance

Our air-dried treats are all produced in compliant factories in Malaysia, strictly following food safety standards:
  • We use human-grade chicken breast, sourced reliably, with fresh, additive-free meat.
  • We do not use scraps, offals, or frozen meat from unknown sources.
  • The chicken is transported in a refrigerated state to ensure the meat is fresh, clean, and safe.
  • We use low-temperature air-drying technology (not fried or baked) to retain nutrients and reduce the risk of bacterial contamination.
  • All products are made from pure chicken meat, with no preservatives, colorants, artificial flavorings, salt, sugar, or seasonings added.
  • Each batch undergoes manual sorting and moisture testing during production to ensure consistent quality.
Hygiene and Safety Process
  • The production environment is a pet food-dedicated small factory, cleaned and disinfected before and after daily production.
  • All staff must change into clean clothing, hats, gloves, and masks before entering the work area, following basic hygiene procedures.
  • Tools and air-dry machines are disinfected daily to ensure no cross-contamination.
  • Once the drying process is complete and the products are sorted, they are immediately packaged using food-grade sealed bags to prevent air and moisture from re-entering.
