1. Eligibility for Returns

  1. Timeframe: You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Condition: Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. Due to the perishable nature of our air-dried pet snacks, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products for safety and hygiene reasons.
  3. Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, promotional items, and products marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

2. Refund Policy

  1. Full Refunds: For eligible returns, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the item(s) (excluding shipping costs) to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).
  2. Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at contact@pawsitivesnack.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and issue a full refund or replacement, including shipping costs, at no additional charge.
  3. Non-Delivery: If your order does not arrive due to an error on our part (e.g., lost in transit), we will issue a full refund or reship the order at no cost to you. Please contact us within 30 days of your order date to report non-delivery.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at contact@pawsitivesnack.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details or photos (if applicable).
  2. Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if approved, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the product.
  3. Shipping: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include the RMA number. Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect product), you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for lost or undelivered returns.
  4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you via email and process your refund within 7 business days.

4. Cancellations

  1. Orders can be canceled for a full refund if they have not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel an order, contact us at contact@pawsitivesnack.com as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has already shipped, it will be subject to our standard return policy.
